Scope
Tear-off and replacement with a Tremco KEE 45-mil membrane system, including coping caps and edge metal, delivered around an occupied campus.
Challenge
Active school site with summer-window scheduling and rooftop electrical conduit requiring coordinated disconnection and re-support.
Approach
Titans self-performed the roofing with phased tear-off, daily watertight tie-ins, and coordinated electrical work so the campus stayed operational.
Outcome
Detail being finalized.
